Team training
packages feature plyometric circuit training to build explosive power, strength, agility, power and many other useful tools for sports and everyday life. GlowSport Plyometric Team Training is proudly hosted by Plyometric Specialist Brendan Walker. With over a decade in the industry, Bren has coached plyometrics for local colleges, teams and people from all walks of life making him an invaluable part of our fitness team. Instead of just doing fitness because it’s necessary, bring your team together through the training in order to build team chemistry and dynamic. Every session is different, we come to your venue (Or find you one nearby) and our prices are as competitive as the exercises. Pick your package below!
Ignition Package
The event is held at a venue you provide, typically a gymnasium, community center or outdoors. The party starts with glow rental jerseys for each participant to play with for the day followed by glow face/body painting. The package features 2 of the following sports: Soccer, dodge ball, handball, ultimate, beach volleyball, flag football, ball hockey (Add $50, players bring their own equipment), volleyball (Equipment must be provided) and basketball. The package total is $250.00+HST for 1.5 hours with a 30 participant limit. After the activities groups have the option of scheduling 30 minutes for food, presents and/or cake making the party 2 hours in length.
- Full set up and tear down of glow equipment
- Stereo system and music for event (Professional DJ’s are available at an added rate)
- Sports equipment for most sports
- Refereed for optimal safety & fun
- Glow face painting/body painting
- Glow jerseys for each child to wear at the party (Option to take home as a loot bag for $15 each)
Glow Crazy Package
The cost is $300.00+HST for 2 hours with a 30 participant limit and we would host the event at a venue provided by you, typically a gymnasium, community center or outdoors. The party starts with glow rental jerseys for each participant to play with for the day followed by glow face/body painting. The package features 2 of the following sports: Soccer, dodge ball, handball, ultimate, beach volleyball, flag football, ball hockey (Add $50, players bring their own equipment), volleyball (Equipment must be provided) and basketball. Once painting is completed the selected sports are played for the remaining time.

- Stereo system and music for event (Professional DJ’s are available at an added rate)

Grab your gear and let’s glow because this one time session is out of this world. This package includes fitness for 10-18 team members (We never discourage the coaches from participating as well) for 1 HOUR of POWER. The cost is $120.00+HST for the session which includes:
- Set up and tear down of all equipment
- Custom training program for the session
- Glow jerseys for all participants to work out in (Jerseys may be taken home after for an additional cost)
- Glow face/body painting for participants
- The most intense team building experience in existence
Large Team Starter Package
Grab your gear and let’s glow because this one time session is out of this world. This package includes fitness for 18-24 team members (We never discourage the coaches from participating as well) for 1 HOUR of POWER. The cost is $180.00+HST for the session which includes:
- Set up and tear down of all equipment
- Custom training program for the session
- Glow jerseys for all participants to work out in (Jerseys may be taken home after for an additional cost)
- Glow face/body painting for participants
- The most intense team building experience in existence
Extra Large Team Starter Package
Grab your gear and let’s glow because this one time session is out of this world. This package includes fitness for 24-36 team members (We never discourage the coaches from participating as well) for 1 HOUR of POWER. The cost is $220.00+HST for the session which includes:
- Set up and tear down of all equipment
- Custom training program for the session
- Glow jerseys for all participants to work out in (Jerseys may be taken home after for an additional cost)
- Glow face/body painting for participants
- The most intense team building experience in existence
Glow Hard or Go Home Package
Change your team’s dynamic with this 8 session package of sessions. This package includes fitness for 10-18 team members for 8 sessions of glow plyometric circuit training. The cost is $750.00+HST for the sessions which include:
- Set up and tear down of all equipment
- Custom training program for each session
- Glow jerseys for all participants to work out in each session (Glow jerseys may be included in the package for an extra $200.00 for all participants)

Glow Hard or Go Home Large Team Package

Ignition Large Team Package
Teams who glow together grow together on and off the pitch. Two months of fitness will bring your team to another level both in spirit & health with this package of 16 sessions. This package includes fitness for 18-30 team members for 16 sessions of glow plyometric circuit training. The cost is $2000.00+HST for the sessions which includes:
