GlowSport’s highly accredited trainers have trained athletes and teams all the way up to the College and Elite level as well as amateurs. With decades of experience between the teammates its easy for our instructors to work with groups of different ages, skill levels and energy.

Teams mesh better together when they work hard together. With our glow training packages building team chemistry and dynamic while letting loose and having fun is the best way to take your team to another level. Offering different packages to accommodate different groups our pricing is highly competitive. With the ability to accommodate groups of ANY SIZE, allow our training specialists to put together the perfect custom program for you and your team.

Team Starter Package

Grab your gear and let’s glow because this one time session is out of this world. This package includes fitness for 10-18 team members (We never discourage the coaches from participating as well) for 1 HOUR of POWER. The cost is $150.00+HST for the session which includes:

Set up and tear down of all equipment
Custom training program for the session
Glow jerseys for all participants to work out in (Jerseys may be taken home after for an additional cost)
Glow face/body painting for participants
The most intense team building experience in existence
